Please understand that a good home, well priced, will sell! .. Any honest and truthful real estate agent knows this. If your home is well kept and priced accurately, it will sell .. It has no relationship with the amount of commission that you pay .. Most buyers do their own searching on the internet, etc., even when they are working with another agent.
